		<description><![CDATA[In this fast paced world it sure is getting harder and harder to STOP and REST~! I used to try to keep on going 24/7, but the Lord showed me that I was being disobedient! I find Sundays are busy, so I have made Saturdays my sabbath-a non-contact with people day, even though I still do things like cut the grass or gardening of shopping, but it is a day off people.

I totally say AMEN to your comment:
Lord, I feel I am wired for productivity, getting things done, and staying busy, but I know I am made in your image. Help me receive your gift of a Sabbath today.

I need His help BIG TIME.
